民國90年代,政府開放民營酒廠, 因詮豐公司創辦人為傳承祖先保留的釀酒技術 申請了酒廠執照, 以『親』字酒系列在當年可說是高雄縣酒質比賽數一數二的優等酒品, 詮豐酒品主要白酒為主,另有糯米酒、養生酒及益壽酒等藥酒。 飲酒過量有害健康,小酌可增加血液循環。 因當年的酒廠民營化而成立詮豐食品公司,也讓高雄田寮區的產銷班農產品多了一個出路。
詮豐食品公司創立「甜聊田寮」品牌,主要採用高雄田寮區水果經由農試所技轉新創果乾製作技術,推出各式果乾,因應不同場合設計多款包裝,將田寮特殊地景、水果與果乾相結合,積極促銷田寮。 位處於高雄市田寮區的詮豐精密公司,向以生產螺紋栓規、環規、螺帽塞規、牙規、傾斜量具等,在國內外市場享有盛名,因詮豐公司創辦人閒暇之餘投入水果種植,進而接觸到當地農民,對於種植農作物看天吃飯的無奈,以及產銷失衡所造成的血本無歸,甚為關心,因此一頭栽入當地產銷班,為地方農民謀求產品最大價值與出路,為此還向農委會農試所鳳山熱帶園藝試驗分所技轉果乾製作技術,直接收購田寮區新鮮的好水果,製成各式果乾如鳳梨乾、蜜棗乾、芭樂乾等,一則解決水果盛產、價低、不符成本的問題,另則提升水果價值並結合當地月世界地景特色,推動觀光,為在地的田寮區盡一份心力。
技轉新創果乾製作技術做成的果乾,採國際標準製作,達到外銷等級,並以「甜聊田寮」為品牌,凸顯在地特色,也希望藉由果乾讓田寮月世界廣為人知。同時,並將製作過程分離出來的果汁,製成果汁酵素冰棒,是炎炎夏日消暑聖品,一舉兩得,真正解決農產品過剩的窘況。投入許多時間精力與資金,為的就是想讓更多國人知道月世界在高雄田寮。
In the 1990s, when the government opened up private liquor distilleries, the founder of QUANFONG Company applied for a distillery license to preserve the traditional brewing techniques passed down from his ancestors. The "Dear" series of wines became one of the top-rated liquors in the Kaohsiung County Wine Quality Competition that year. Quanfong’s main product is white liquor, along with other specialty wines like glutinous rice wine, health wine, and longevity wine. While excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to health, moderate drinking can promote blood circulation. The privatization of the distillery led to the establishment of QUANFONG Food Company, which provided a new outlet for agricultural products in the Tianliao District of Kaohsiung.
QUANFONG Food Company later launched the "Sweetchat.Tianliao" brand, primarily using fresh fruits from the Tianliao area of Kaohsiung, combined with fruit drying techniques transferred from the Agricultural Research Institute. This innovative method allowed the company to create a variety of dried fruits and design multiple packaging options for different occasions. By integrating the unique local landscape, fruits, and dried fruit products, the company actively promoted Tianliao.
Chuanhong Precision Company, located in the Tianliao District of Kaohsiung, is renowned for producing thread plug gauges, ring gauges, nut plug gauges, tooth gauges, tilt measuring instruments, and more, with a strong reputation in both domestic and international markets. During his spare time, the founder of Chuanhong became involved in fruit planting and started working with local farmers. He became concerned about the uncertainties of farming, where crops depend on the weather, and the imbalance between supply and demand, which often resulted in financial losses for farmers. This led him to get involved with local agricultural production and marketing groups, helping farmers maximize the value and marketability of their products.
To solve the problem of fruit overproduction and low prices, he worked with the Agricultural Research Institute's Fengshan Tropical Horticultural Experimental Station to transfer fruit drying techniques. He began purchasing fresh, high-quality fruits from the Tianliao region to make various dried fruits such as pineapple, honey date, and guava. This not only addressed the issues of surplus fruits and unprofitable prices but also enhanced the value of the fruits while combining local features like the Moon World landscape to promote tourism and support the local community.
The dried fruits made using these advanced drying techniques adhere to international standards and are of export-quality. The "Sweetchat.Tianliao" brand highlights the local characteristics of the area and aims to promote the Moon World of Tianliao to a wider audience. In addition, the fruit juices separated during the drying process are made into juice enzyme popsicles, a perfect cooling treat for the hot summer months, addressing the problem of agricultural surplus while also providing a refreshing product. The founder has invested significant time, effort, and capital in these initiatives, all with the goal of raising awareness of the Moon World in Kaohsiung’s Tianliao and letting more people discover this unique part of Taiwan.
